Massage Therapy and Training Focused on Pain Relief, Movement and Recovery.
Deep tissue massage focuses on deeper muscle layers and connective tissue, using slow, precise techniques to release long-held restriction and improve mobility and alignment.
Best suited for athletes, physically active individuals or those dealing with chronic tightness who need corrective, focused work along with relaxation.

Swedish massage therapy is designed to support both physical and mental relaxation.
It works on the outer muscle layers using long, controlled strokes to improve circulation, ease surface-level tension, and calm the nervous system.
This approach allows the body to restore and recover without discomfort or intensity.

Lymphatic massage therapy supports the body’s natural detox and recovery processes. It uses gentle, rhythmic movements to encourage lymph flow, reduce fluid buildup, and ease feelings of heaviness or fatigue.
This approach helps the body reset and rebalance, making it especially useful during periods of stress, low energy, or recovery.

The human body may move differently from person to person, but the principles and blueprint behind it remain the same. Circulation, including blood flow and lymphatic drainage, plays a central role in healing. Standing, walking, and everyday movement all happen against gravity and are guided by a nervous system that continually seeks balance and stability.
Since these foundations are shared and our biology is the same, therapeutic care is adapted to the individual goal. For an athlete, the focus may be peak performance. For a senior, it may be pain-free daily movement. For someone who is differently-abled, it may be achieving the highest level of independence and comfort their body allows. Although individual goals vary, the underlying need for appropriate therapeutic care remains the same.
My work is centred on returning your body to its strongest possible foundation. This is achieved through a structured process built around fundamental principles of healing.
This is where restriction is identified and released. Slow, targeted work is used to improve circulation and reduce long-held muscular tension that limits movement. This step prepares the body to move safely by restoring tissue readiness.
Once tension is reduced, assisted stretching helps reintroduce length and range where the body has been restricted. Guided support allows joints and muscles to move safely through positions that are difficult to access alone.
The final step reinforces these changes through controlled movement. Simple mobility drills help the body retain strength, coordination, and control across key areas such as the ankles, hips, shoulders, and spine.
The body learns through repetition. When specific movements and patterns are introduced consistently, the nervous system begins to recognise and organise them. This strengthens the mind–muscle connection, allowing the body to respond with more control and awareness rather than tension or compensation.
Each step in this process prepares the body for the next, so changes are absorbed instead of lost. Over time, these improvements are reinforced, becoming more stable and reliable in everyday movement.
Lasting change comes from progression and adaptation. As the body learns and reinforces healthier patterns, the mind–muscle connection strengthens, allowing movement to improve and sustain over time.

My work in massage therapy is grounded in disciplined practice and a clear understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and ages. Over the years, I have developed an approach built on anatomy, circulation, alignment, and functional movement, with a consistent focus on fundamentals.
Time spent working and training abroad, including in Dubai, shaped my exposure to structured therapeutic care and reinforced the importance of precision and consistency in bodywork. An active background in mixed martial arts and long-distance running further refined my understanding of recovery, mobility, and the physical demands placed on the body over time.
Today, I operate a dedicated massage studio in Porvorim, offering personalised, one-on-one sessions. A significant part of my work is centred on supporting seniors and older adults, helping them maintain mobility, comfort, and confidence in daily movement. I also work with athletes and active individuals who require focused recovery and movement support.
My sessions are guided by how the body presents on that day and is shaped with the intention of restoring strength, stability, and a solid foundation for movement.
